2. The service
carfast.gr is a car rental price comparison and information service. Prices and availability come live from DiscoverCars (Discover Cars Ltd), which works with the rental companies. carfast.gr is not a rental company and is not a party to the rental contract. It does not take bookings or payments. When you select an offer you are taken to DiscoverCars, where you book under its terms and the terms of the rental company.
3. Prices and information
- Prices are shown as provided by DiscoverCars at the time of search and may change with availability until the booking is completed. The price confirmed on the DiscoverCars payment page is the one that applies.
- “From” prices on destination and category pages are indicative, based on recent searches, and are not binding offers.
- Car models and features are indicative. Companies usually guarantee the category, not the exact model.
- Supplier ratings come from customer reviews collected by DiscoverCars.
- Guides and texts are general information. Always check the terms of the offer you book.
4. Bookings and customer service
Everything about a booking (confirmation, payment, changes, cancellation, refunds, deposits, damage, pick-up and return) is handled by DiscoverCars or the rental company under their terms.
5. How we are paid
The website is free to use. carfast.gr earns a commission from DiscoverCars on bookings made through its links. This does not increase your price. Results are sorted by lowest total price by default.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, carfast.gr is not liable for the performance of the rental contract, the condition of the vehicle, the acts or omissions of DiscoverCars or the rental companies, price or availability changes after a search, interruptions of the website or third-party systems, or the content of third-party websites. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Acceptable use
Automated collection of data or prices (scraping), overloading the website, attempting unauthorised access or any unlawful use is prohibited.
8. Intellectual property
The texts, design, logo and code of carfast.gr are protected and may not be reproduced without written permission. Trademarks and logos of rental companies and DiscoverCars belong to their owners and are shown for identification only.

10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published here.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
